Heritage and Traditional Building Surveyor
Adrian has 30 years experience in the construction industry, his career began as a Royal Naval Engineer and Naval Diver selected for secret covert missions to support the Special Boat Service (SBS) the Royal Navy's answer to the SAS.
When Adrian decided to leave the Royal Navy provided Adrian with sponsorship training to become a Bricklayer after spending some time in technical college Adrian sought a Traditional Stone Mason to specialise and gain further skills to specialise in Heritage and Traditional Building and Adrian became a Stone Mason. Adrian was offered a senior management role for Wimpey Construction in Europe. Thereafter, Adrian advanced to becoming a Vice President and Board of Director for the Latium Group residing in New York and travelling extensively throughout the USA and Canada managing their operations.

Heritage and damp SurveysAdrian provides a professional service for homeowners, local authorities, he primarily surveys heritage buildings for damp, pre purchase condition reports and historical significance for planning applications appointed by homeowners or local authorities to troubleshoot on matters concerning the built environment.
Adrian is a CAA licenced drone pilot and qualified to fly and/or supervise other qualified pilots to undertake drone surveys.

Adrian has undertaken heritage and conservation training courses for Historic England, courses that train the public sector professionals such as Conservation Officers and Listed Building Inspectors.

Adrian was selected, recognised for his exceptional abilities and devotion towards his studies incorporating drone pilot technology, 3d scanning with surveying of heritage, Damp and Timber Surveys in Grade Listed Buildings and Heritage Significant Surveys were amongst his skills recognised by the university.
International and Advisory Roles
Adrian's projects have included construction projects residing in New York and operating across North America and Canada.
Appointee to advise Alumasc Plc on insulation designs to improve energy efficiency and sustainability in timber frame archetype buildings for government recommendation and large scale funding initiatives. Adrian identified flaws in government policy schemes and orchestrated change in policy for vulnerable residents. Adrian was actively involved in parliamentary select committee meetings taking place at the House of Commons including discussions with members of parliament (MP's) to champion change.
